At Cheapzy, we are committed to delivering every order successfully. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

General Policy Refunds are not issued for orders that have been successfully fulfilled and delivered.

Refund Eligibility A refund will only be issued if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to technical difficulties, and
  • A replacement cannot be offered.

Replacement Guarantee If your upgraded service stops functioning before its stated expiration date, we will make every effort to provide a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, contact us at moeed.omg@gmail.com. Our team typically resolves issues within a few hours and in all cases within 24 hours.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered order is a violation of our Terms of Service. Cheapzy reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and permanently suspend service to any customer who initiates an unwarranted chargeback.
