About Cheapzy Cheapzy Inc. is a Canadian corporation providing account upgrade and activation services for digital platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the platforms or services we offer upgrades for. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Nature of Services We provide digital account upgrade and activation services using regional pricing made available by digital platforms. We do not use hacked, stolen, or cracked accounts. We do not use unauthorized third-party credentials.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Cheapzy.
Orders and Delivery
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Delivery details will be sent to the email provided at checkout
- Cheapzy reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered order is a violation of these Terms. Cheapzy reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and suspend service to customers who initiate unwarranted chargebacks.
Acceptable Use You agree not to resell or redistribute any upgrade provided by Cheapzy, provide false information when placing an order, or initiate fraudulent payment disputes.
Limitation of Liability Cheapzy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
